I got really angry at these folks and they are angry at me. I signed contracts for a large, very expensive project and it has dragged on and on with many days, and sometimes weeks without them showing up. That's bc they are a small company and a little overwhelmed. They are trying to complete other jobs and just haven't committed to completing my job on a reasonable time frame. They contend otherwise and we strongly disagree with each other and are unfortunately on bad terms. Having said that, Marlene and Bryan are very nice people, and they and their crew work very hard. Ultimately, they do wonderful work and are appropriately named Outdoor Masters. Thus a five star rating. The work is not done but I assume it will look beautiful upon completion. I wish them well and hope they receive rave reviews, and grow a successful company.
